My friend Gail called me over the weekend to tell me she had cleaned out every cabinet and shelf in her kitchen to make way for stocking her cabinets with healthier ingredients. I applauded her efforts and later ran across a list of healthy “staples” to keep in your kitchen for everyday healthy recipes in my Natural Pantry magazine.
