DIY Fall Checklist for Your Home

Photo: WikiCommons

As the weather cools down and our thoughts turn to colorful leaves (OK, maybe not here in Florida yet) and warmer clothes (long sleeve shirts in the Keys, sweaters in north FL and coats further north), we need to think about buttoning up our homes.  I get so busy I neglect some of the routine maintenance  for my home until I notice an issue and by then it’s usually too late and become a bigger repair. I found a fall maintenance checklist in This Old House that I can easily check the items in a logical way.  If you don’t want to spend an entire weekend on all the items I think you can probably break it down into 4 easy weekend lists.  Click here to access the checklist and print it if you prefer…
