Well I took the course, passed the test and now I am a Class 3 Energy Rater! This only allows me to rate new buildings, not existing, so I need to decide whether to continue with Class 2 for existing and ultimately Class I which is the highest. With sustainability moving at such a slow pace here in Florida I think I have plenty of time to make my decision and take more courses.
