Wow, after repeated attempts to revitalize Kansas City, the first rainwater-harvesting food garden in the country was created in Kansas City! Talk about putting a city on the green map! Natural Home and Garden's Jessica Kellner wrote a fabulous article in the latest issue.
With almost 100 raised garden beds this city block project is expected to produce 4 to 6 tons of produce each year.
